Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using InferX services, APIs, software, websites, or related offerings ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Services.

InferX provides AI inference infrastructure, model hosting, and related developer services. Features, pricing, and availability may change from time to time. InferX may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time.

You are responsible for:

• × All activity conducted through your account.
• × Maintaining the security of your credentials and API keys.
• × Ensuring your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• × The content of prompts, inputs, outputs, and applications you build using the Services.

You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.

Customers retain all rights to their prompts, inputs, outputs, models, and other data submitted through the Services. InferX does not claim ownership of customer data.

InferX does not train models on customer prompts, completions, or inference data. InferX operates under a zero-retention inference policy and does not store customer prompts or completions after request processing.

Certain Services may require payment. Customers agree to pay all applicable fees associated with their use of the Services. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access.

InferX subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. Customers may cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the applicable billing period unless otherwise stated. Subscription pricing, included credits, promotional credits, discounts, usage rates, and other plan benefits may be modified or discontinued by InferX. Promotional plans and benefits are not guaranteed to continue indefinitely, and maintaining an active subscription does not guarantee continued access to the same pricing, credits, discounts, models, or benefits. InferX may modify or discontinue a subscription plan and may migrate customers to a different plan where appropriate. Any applicable changes will take effect in accordance with applicable law and any notice requirements. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Model Availability and Usage Pricing Model availability, model-specific pricing, usage rates, capacity, limits, and related service features may change at any time. An active subscription does not guarantee continued access to any particular model, provider, endpoint, usage rate, pricing level, or capacity. InferX may add, modify, restrict, replace, or discontinue models and related services as the platform evolves.

InferX will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services are provided on a best-effort basis unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFERX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFERX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES. INFERX'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER TO INFERX DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

InferX may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms, non-payment, security concerns, or misuse of the platform. Customers may discontinue use of the Services at any time.

InferX may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
