Privacy Policy

InferX Technologies, Inc. ("InferX") operates inferx.net and provides InferX Platform and InferX Public Endpoints. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services. By using InferX, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

InferX provides two distinct services: InferX Platform, our inference infrastructure software for customer-managed and dedicated deployments, and InferX Public Endpoints, our hosted model API service. Data processing practices depend on the service and deployment configuration.

InferX Platform is designed to operate within customer-selected infrastructure, including private environments and dedicated GPU deployments. For customer-managed deployments, inference data is processed within the configured infrastructure. InferX does not require access to customer prompts or model outputs to operate the platform. Customers retain control over their deployment configurations, access policies, and data retention settings.

InferX Public Endpoints provide hosted access to AI models through API-based inference services. Depending on the selected model, inference requests may be processed through third-party infrastructure providers to deliver the requested service. Requests may be subject to automated content safety checks. Data processing and retention practices may vary according to the applicable service configuration and provider policies.

We use collected information to provide and operate InferX Platform and InferX Public Endpoints, process payments, communicate about your account, improve service performance and reliability, comply with legal obligations, and respond to support requests.

Account data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of account termination upon request. For InferX Platform, logging and retention are governed by the customer’s deployment configuration, and model snapshots are deleted within 30 days of deployment termination. For InferX Public Endpoints, data processing and retention may vary according to the applicable service configuration and provider policies.

InferX uses Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of payment information. InferX Public Endpoints may use third-party infrastructure providers to process inference requests and generate model responses. These providers process data as necessary to deliver the requested inference services, subject to applicable contractual terms and data-handling practices. We do not sell data to advertising networks or data brokers.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact team@inferx.net. For EU/EEA users, additional rights apply under GDPR. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.

InferX Platform implements technical and organizational measures to protect workloads, including tenant isolation at the NCCL level, GPU virtualization, secure runtime execution, infrastructure-level access controls, and API key authentication. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of InferX after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
