Introduction
InferX Technologies, Inc. ("InferX") operates inferx.net and the InferX inference platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services. By using InferX, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
What InferX Does Not Have Access To
InferX is an infrastructure provider. By architectural design, InferX does not have access to the content of your inference requests or model outputs. Our systems are built to load your model, execute requests, and deliver results — not to read, store, or process the content of what you send or receive. This is not a policy choice. It is how the system is built.

How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide and operate the InferX platform, process payments, communicate about your account, improve platform performance and reliability, comply with legal obligations, and respond to support requests.
Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of account termination upon request. Error metadata logs are retained for a limited period for debugging purposes only. Model snapshots are deleted within 30 days of deployment termination.
Third Party Services
InferX uses Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of payment information. We do not sell data to advertising networks or data brokers.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact team@inferx.net. For EU/EEA users, additional rights apply under GDPR. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data including tenant isolation at the NCCL level, GPU virtualization, and API key authentication. See our Security & Compliance page for full details.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of InferX after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
