Our Approach
InferX Platform is designed with security and workload isolation at its core. Built for deployment across private infrastructure, GPU clouds, and enterprise environments, the platform provides secure execution, workload isolation, and infrastructure-level controls.
In customer-controlled deployments, InferX Platform operates within the customer’s infrastructure without requiring InferX to access inference prompts or model outputs.

InferX offers Business Associate Agreements (BAA) for Enterprise customers handling Protected Health Information (PHI). BAAs are available on request and evaluated on a per-customer basis. Contact us to initiate a security review and BAA discussion.
Public Model Endpoints
InferX Public Endpoints are a separate hosted inference service. Depending on the selected model, requests may be processed through third-party infrastructure providers and may be subject to applicable content safety policies. These processing arrangements are separate from InferX Platform’s security architecture. For additional information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
